Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by leading store team members in providing exceptional customer service, managing shift responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with store operations protocols. Essential functions include supervising customer service programs, processing orders and returns efficiently, managing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring staff adherence to scheduling and policies. Candidates are required to possess strong communication skills and should be able to achieve RSS Certification. Preference will be given to those with retail sales experience in auto parts, automotive repair knowledge, and bilingual abilities.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
