Job Summary
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service and sales; supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom; maintain store operations including opening/closing duties, money handling and deposits; ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases; handle returns and exchanges, invoicing, and various merchandising and communication tasks; manage team adherence to work schedules; bilingual candidates encouraged; role includes shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers.
