Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts contributes to sales and customer service in-store, supports store operations, and assumes shift-management duties when the Store Manager is unavailable. Leads team members to deliver excellent customer service, coordinates on customer service programs, handles transactions and orders (buy online/ship to store, hub, store-to-store transfers, DC add orders), processes returns and exchanges, bills merchandise including core charges and warranties, manages schedules, performs opening/closing duties, and ensures security and safety procedures.
