Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while also managing shifts in their absence. Responsibilities include supervising customer service execution, processing orders and returns, managing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired skills include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in Spanish.
