Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsible for leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns, performing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring adherence to policies. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desired qualifications include retail sales experience and automotive knowledge.
