Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases; manage returns and exchanges with accurate refunds; ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks; oversee opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, money/deposits security, and safe vehicle storage; assume shift management in the absence of store leadership; bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE Certification and Spanish language skills desired.
