Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts responsible for leading store team in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations; assumes shift-management in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Managers. Duties include supervising customer service in the showroom, processing returns and exchanges, invoicing, buy online/ship to store transfers and other orders, handling POS and payments, opening/closing procedures, deposits, and securing the store. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Desired: retail sales experience (preferably in auto parts), automotive systems/repair knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages. Emphasizes strong communication and adherence to company policies and procedures.
