Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise customer service levels in the showroom; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Store Management; ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and outside purchases; handle returns, exchanges, invoicing, and merchandising tasks; manage daily store opening/closing duties and security procedures; bilingual candidates encouraged. Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Experience in retail auto parts and knowledge of merchandising and customer service programs (e.g., Hi5, Rock the Call) are valued.
