Retail Service Specialist

Retail Service Specialist leads store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervises showroom customer service programs, and handles store operations duties. The role includes shift-management responsibilities in the absence of management, opening/closing duties, money handling and deposits, scheduling adherence, and ensuring accurate processing of returns, exchanges, and invoicing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, with Spanish language proficiency highly desired. Desirable certifications include ASE Certification; RSS Certification may be pursued. The role emphasizes team leadership, merchandising tasks, and adherence to company policies and procedures to support a high-functioning store environment.
