Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support management in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations with responsibilities including supervising customer service levels, managing returns and exchanges, and performing store opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
