Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, assuming shift management responsibilities as needed. Key responsibilities include supervising team members to provide excellent customer service, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, managing merchandise invoicing, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with desired qualifications encompassing retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages.
