Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports Store Management in enhancing sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while managing shifts in their absence. Responsibilities include leading team members to provide stellar customer service, ensuring proper handling of customer transactions and returns, processing orders and communication, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be capable of obtaining RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual abilities.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
