Job Summary
Lead store team in providing excellent customer service and supervising showroom operations, including adherence to customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.). Responsibilities include ensuring calls are answered per policy, processing buy online/ship to store transfers, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, coordinating transfers, and communicating Zipline messages. Responsibilities also include opening/closing duties, securing deposits, and supervising team adherence to the posted schedule, with shift management in the absence of store leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
