Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while assuming shift management when necessary. Responsibilities include leading the store team in customer service, supervising showroom services, processing orders, handling returns and exchanges, managing store opening/closing duties, and ensuring adherence to work schedules. Strong communication skills are required, alongside the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
