Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service levels; ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchase orders; handle returns and exchanges and issue refunds accurately; ensure invoicing of merchandise before leaving the store; manage communication of Zipline messages, merchandising tasks, and adherence to posted work schedules; perform store opening/closing duties, banking deposits, and security checks; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of management; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
