Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist leads store team in delivering excellent customer service for retail and professional customers, supervises showroom customer service levels, and supports store operations. Will assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store/Assistant Manager, manage processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, outside purchases, returns and exchanges, and ensure invoicing and payments are completed correctly. Responsibilities include enforcing schedules, opening/closing duties, securing deposits, and maintaining store security. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; preferred certifications include RSS and ASE. The role emphasizes leadership in daily store operations, merchandising tasks, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Desired: Retail sales experience, ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
