Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by overseeing sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include managing the store team to ensure exceptional customer service, supervising execution of store procedures, handling returns and exchanges, and processing orders efficiently. The role involves shift management in the absence of higher management and performing store opening and closing duties. Required skills include strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS certification.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
