Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while also managing shifts in their absence. Responsibilities include leading the store team in delivering excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, ensuring prompt processing of online orders and returns, and adhering to company policies regarding merchandise invoicing and team scheduling. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are mandatory, with preference for candidates having retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.
