Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom service levels with focus on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot); handle phone inquiries per policy; process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchases; manage returns, exchanges, and accurate invoicing; ensure proper communication of Zipline messages and delegation of merchandising tasks; oversee adherence to posted work schedules, banking procedures, and security measures; perform store opening/closing duties including end-of-day procedures and deposits; provide shift management in the absence of store leadership; and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Retail sales experience (preferred in auto parts)
- ASE Certification (desirable)
