Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading customer service initiatives, managing store team members, processing customer transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, performing opening/closing duties, and handling returns and exchanges. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and relevant retail experience. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
