Retail Service Specialist

Lead store operations and oversee customer service delivery for retail and professional customers. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, supervise front-end and showroom activities, ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers, and handle special orders, returns, and invoicing with accuracy. Direct merchandising tasks, enforce adherence to posted work schedules, secure deposits and building when closing, and perform opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
