Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports Store and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role involves leading the store team in providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, managing store operations in the absence of managers, ensuring efficient handling of orders and returns, processing transactions accurately, and performing essential opening and closing duties. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification are required. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages.
