Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service and supervise execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, verifying deposits, securing the building, and arming security alarms. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and clock in/out according to company policy. This Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and store operations, assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence.
