Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Key responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising the retail showroom, ensuring efficient handling of customer returns and special orders, and managing store operations including opening and closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification. The role also encourages bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
