Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5, Rock the Call, and Never Say No. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and ensure accurate returns and exchanges with correct refund methods. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, enforce clocking policies, and complete opening/closing duties including day end procedures, securing money, and arming security alarms. Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that Image Maker and merchandising tasks are completed as assigned. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
