Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure execution of customer service programs; assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager; manage store opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures. Strong communication skills required, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Certifications: RSS certification required; ASE certification desirable. Experience in retail auto parts and knowledge of automotive systems and repair are preferred.
