Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include leading team members in customer service, supervising customer service programs, processing online orders and customer returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
