Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales and customer service, oversee store operations, and manage teams in their absence. Responsibilities include supervising customer service, processing transactions, managing inventory, and completing daily operational duties.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
