Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service and supervising retail showroom operations; assume shift management in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers; bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish highly desired); ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and outside purchase orders; expertly handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; ensure merchandise is invoiced prior to leaving the store; communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks; enforce posted work schedules, clock-in/out procedures, and daily closing duties; manage cash handling, deposits, security checks, and store security as needed; duties also include opening/closing procedures and other tasks as assigned.
