Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing orders and returns efficiently, ensuring timely communication with customers, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desirable qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, and bilingual abilities.
