Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, while assuming shift management responsibilities when needed. Key functions include leading customer service efforts, supervising the retail showroom, processing orders and returns, maintaining compliance with company policies, and performing store opening and closing duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain RSS Certification is required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
