Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs like Hi5 and Rock the Lot. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and returns, and ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store. Manage shift responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, including team scheduling, clocking in/out, and performing opening/closing duties such as securing the building and processing bank deposits.
