Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise customer service levels and ensure timely execution of programs and store processes; assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager; oversee opening/closing procedures, money handling, bank deposits, and security; manage buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and outside purchases using the electronic ledger; ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; assign merchandising tasks, communicate Zipline messages, and ensure adherence to posted schedules; fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) and ASE/RSS certifications are relevant to the role. The position is located at Store 06970 Eaton Rapids MI, United States of America and is full-time with opportunities for growth and promotion within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
