Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, taking on shift management responsibilities when needed. This role includes leading team members in delivering excellent customer service, supervising various service programs, managing order processing, customer returns, and handling invoicing and merchandise security. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
