The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store operations, and overseeing shift responsibilities when necessary. This role involves leading team members to deliver excellent customer service, managing customer service programs, processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. Key skills include strong communication, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and the option for bilingual candidates, especially in Spanish. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
