Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Responsibilities include supervising customer service levels, managing shift duties, processing orders and returns, and performing opening and closing duties. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in Spanish.
