Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, including shift management responsibilities. Key functions include leading team members for excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels in the showroom, processing orders and returns, delegating merchandising tasks, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and be able to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
