Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure timely processing of transfers, orders, returns, and invoicing. Assume shift management in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Managers; perform store opening/closing duties, manage money deposits, security, and overall store operations. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks. Maintain posted work schedules and ensure proper clock-in/out. Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- RSS Certification (Retail Services Specialist)
- ASE Certification (Optional/Desirable)
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (preferred)
- Ability to supervise and lead store team members
- Shift management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Managers
- Ability to process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders
- Ability to handle returns, exchanges, and invoicing accurately
- Adherence to company policies and schedules
