Retail Service Specialist

The Retail Service Specialist will assist in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, taking on shift management in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include leading team members to provide excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing sales and returns, ensuring efficient handling of special orders, and performing store opening and closing duties. Candidates must have strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain RSS Certification is required. Preferred qualifications include retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
