Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support Store and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, with shift management responsibilities when needed. Key responsibilities include leading customer service initiatives, processing orders, managing returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with retail sales experience and automotive knowledge preferred. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
