Job Summary
Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and executing store operations. Responsibilities include supervising customer service in the showroom, ensuring adherence to company policies, handling opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security, processing transfers and orders, managing returns and invoicing, and guiding staff to meet performance standards. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; preferred Spanish. Desirable certifications include RSS Certification and ASE Certification, with emphasis on automotive parts knowledge and effective communication to support sales and operations.
