Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist supports store leadership in achieving exceptional customer service, sales, and store operations, and may assume shift-management duties in the absence of store management. Responsibilities include supervising customer service in the showroom, ensuring timely processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchase orders, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, communicating store messages, delegating merchandising tasks, and ensuring adherence to work schedules and security procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Qualifications emphasize strong communication and the ability to obtain RSS Certification; preferred experience includes retail sales, ASE Certification, and Spanish language proficiency.
