Retail Service Specialist

The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations while assuming shift management responsibilities in their absence. Key responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, supervising store operations, managing special orders and merchandise returns, and performing store opening/closing duties. Required qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, while desirable qualifications include experience in retail sales, automotive knowledge, and ASE Certification. This role offers multiple opportunities for performance-based compensation.
