Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will support store management in sales, customer service, and store operations, assuming shift management responsibilities as needed. Essential functions include leading team members in delivering excellent customer service, supervising customer service levels, processing online orders and returns efficiently, ensuring merchandise invoicing is completed, managing team schedules, and performing opening/closing duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with a preference for those having retail experience in auto parts and automotive knowledge.

Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
