Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist will lead store team members in providing excellent customer service, supervise customer service execution, and manage various store operations. Responsibilities include processing returns, overseeing buy online/ship to store transactions, and performing store opening and closing duties. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification, with retail sales experience and automotive knowledge preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
