Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service and supervision of retail showroom operations, including handling related sales, transfers, special orders, returns/exchanges, invoicing before product leaves the store, and ensuring adherence to work schedules and daily cash/security procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing store opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, bank deposits, and coordinating merchandising tasks while supporting shift management in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; preferred qualifications include automotive knowledge and ASE certification. The role emphasizes teamwork, process adherence, and delivering a positive customer experience across retail and professional customers.
