Retail Service Specialist

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while supervising execution on programs such as Hi5 and Rock the Call. Process buy online/ship to store orders, handle special orders and outside purchases, and manage retail customer returns and exchanges accurately. Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures, securing money/deposits, verifying security alarms, and locking doors. Ensure team members adhere to posted schedules, clock in/out correctly, and complete assigned merchandising and Zipline tasks. This Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, store appearance, and operations, assuming shift management responsibilities when needed.
