Job Summary
The Retail Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role includes supervising customer service levels, ensuring efficient processing of orders and returns, and leading team members in excellent customer service. Responsibilities also encompass performing store opening and closing duties, managing inventory invoicing, and adhering to company policies. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
