Job Summary
Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations; will assume shift management in absence of management. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading store team in customer service programs, supervising showroom service levels, processing buy online/ship to store transfers and other orders, handling returns and exchanges, invoicing merchandise, communicating internal messages, ensuring schedule adherence, performing opening/closing duties, securing deposits and building, and other duties as assigned. Desired: Retail sales experience, automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, and fluency in Spanish.
