Job Summary
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers; supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure accurate processing of transfers, outside purchases, returns, and invoicing; manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties, deposits, and security; participate in shift management in the absence of managers; bilingual capability encouraged to support a diverse customer base; ASE and RSS certifications are desirable for automotive knowledge and service execution; opportunity for career growth within an established auto parts retailer.
